This 30-day challenge is not just about what you eat; it’s a holistic and comprehensive approach to detoxifying your body and mind from the inside out and experiencing the synergy of yoga and plant-based nutrition.

Through daily yoga practices and informative lectures, you will learn the principles of plant-based nutrition, the importance of good gut health, and the phenomenon of the mind-body connection for optimal wellness.

You will have the opportunity to participate in specially designed yoga, breathwork, and meditation practices to stimulate the lymphatic system, purify the organs of elimination, cleanse the mind from limited beliefs and toxic thought patterns, and support you in reframing belief systems and perspectives that no longer serve your spiritual growth and maturation.

This holistic approach will help you renew your energy, strengthen your immune system, achieve mental clarity, set manageable and achievable intentions, and prepare your body, mind, and spirit for a vibrant, healthy, and inspired you!

The 30-Day Challenge includes:

  • Eating an organic plant-based whole-food diet and eliminating processed foods, refined sugars, gluten (if possible), alcohol, soda, recreational drugs, caffeine, excess salt, meat, dairy, and meat by-products for 30 days.
  • Committing to daily yoga, meditation, and pranayama practices specifically designed to support your body’s natural detoxification process.
  • Learning more about the importance of gut health, supplements, plant-based cooking, proper hydration, the toxins in our world today, and how to make conscious and sustainable choices that benefit you and the world.
