Join me August 6-11 for an online, deeply embodied, and inspired week of self-exploration and healing. You will practice with me live as I teach my in-person retreat in Topanga and receive unique pre-recorded content.

Over six days, you’ll learn about Transformational Inner Work (TIW), which is core to my teaching style. TIW includes powerful personal growth and development tools to help you live a more authentic, spiritually fulfilling, and empowered life.

This will involve a commitment to radical introspection and a willingness to confront the aspects of yourself that keep you from your most authentic self and highest nature.

TIW tools are integrated throughout the week into ten unique, dynamic, and thought-provoking yoga classes.

You’ll use asana, meditation, processing work, reflection, journal writing, intention setting, ritual, and prayer to deepen your understanding of yourself and your relationship with the world around you.

You will also identify the shadow aspects of yourself, including your limited beliefs, attachments, traumas, and egoic identifications that may be holding you back, negatively influencing your perspective and choices, and causing you emotional pain and suffering.

Doing this work with your asana practice amplifies your potential for healing, emotional growth, and spiritual connection and uplifts your capacity for compassion, empathy, and love.

And, of course, this will also include a packet of yummy vegan recipes to support you throughout the week!
