Over the years, I’ve come to understand that teaching yoga is only part of the story. The deeper work—the sacred work—is in how we hold space for truth, healing, and transformation to emerge.
This Intensive is an invitation to step across that threshold. To move beyond performance and into presence. To lead not just with knowledge, but with heart, intuition, and soul.
Join me for a one-of-a-kind facilitation Intensive rooted in Transformational Inner Work—a multidimensional process that bridges yoga, somatic awareness, trauma-informed teaching, and spiritual practice. Together, we’ll explore the interplay between the nervous system, the shadow, the subtle body, and the stories we carry—and how to meet them all with awareness, compassion, and skill.
Held in the sacred beauty of Costa Rica’s Nicoya Peninsula, this 7-day Intensive offers a powerful opportunity to evolve your voice, refine your leadership, and reconnect to your highest purpose as a space-holder. Through deep practice, honest inquiry, and ritual, we’ll move beyond concept into embodiment—so that what we hold for others is rooted in truth, not performance.
Designed for yoga teachers, facilitators, and seekers, this Intensive meets you where you are—and invites you to go deeper. You’ll explore yoga as a mystical, psychological, and energetic path—one that heals, liberates, and empowers from the inside out.
This Intensive is not about mastering someone else’s method. It’s about awakening the teacher within—your intuitive voice, your spiritual clarity, your capacity to meet others with depth and devotion.

What Is Transformational Inner Work
This is the methodology that has shaped my teaching—and continues to shape me. It’s not a technique or a formula. It’s a soul-deep, multidimensional process that weaves together the physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual layers of our being.
It asks us to turn inward—toward the narratives we’ve inherited, the wounds we’ve carried, and the protective patterns we’ve internalized to survive. It’s not always easy. It’s often messy. But it’s honest. And it’s liberating.
Transformational Inner Work is rooted in shadow work, trauma sensitivity, and somatic healing. It’s grounded in the nervous system, anchored in spiritual maturity, and committed to truth. Through movement, breath, ritual, and prayer, we learn to meet the parts of ourselves shaped by pain—with compassion, accountability, and care.
In facilitation, this inner work isn’t optional—it’s essential. Because the more intimate we are with our own fear, grief, control, and projection, the more capable we become of holding space for others. It helps us teach from presence—not performance. To lead from soul, not strategy. And to honor each moment with depth, discernment, and love.
This immersion is about developing the skills to become a safe, soulful, and skillful guide. You’ll learn how to:
Through daily practice, honest inquiry, group process, and sacred discussion, we’ll explore facilitation not just as a craft—but as a spiritual path. A way to serve. A way to lead. A way to live.
This isn’t about becoming someone else’s version of a good teacher.
It’s about becoming more of who you already are—and leading from that place.

Who This Is For
This weeklong Intensive is for yoga teachers, facilitators, and devoted practitioners who are ready to deepen their relationship to both their inner landscape and their capacity to lead from an authentic, embodied place.
It’s for those who feel called to explore transformational inner work—not just as a personal practice, but as a foundation for spiritual growth, emotional resilience, and soul-aligned leadership.
This isn’t about perfecting how you teach or hold space. It’s about becoming more honest, more intuitive, and more connected to the truth of who you are—so that everything you offer comes from that place.
Because of the depth of this work, it’s important that participants come with a level of emotional maturity, self-awareness, and personal responsibility. This Intensive is best suited for individuals who are grounded, open-hearted, and spiritually curious—people who have experience navigating their inner world and are already engaging in practices like therapy, journaling, or other forms of emotional self-care.
You don’t have to be “healed” or have it all figured out—but you do need to be willing to self-regulate, reflect honestly, and take responsibility for your own process.
Whether you’re a seasoned teacher or a space-holder longing to guide with more presence, clarity, and heart—this retreat is a sacred container to do the deep work. The kind that liberates your voice, clarifies your purpose, and strengthens your ability to serve with integrity and compassion.
About
Over the past three decades, my path as a teacher has been guided by a deep devotion to the sacred—and a belief that yoga is not just a physical practice, but a gateway into transformation, truth, and healing.
My work has always been about more than asana. It’s about the energy between us. The vulnerability in the room. The prayer behind the posture. I’ve spent years creating spaces where people can feel safe enough to soften, unravel, and remember who they are—beyond identity, beyond story.
What I offer now is a synthesis of everything that has shaped me: the rigor of traditional yoga, the insights of trauma-informed teaching, the honesty of shadow work, and the mystery of spiritual practice. I call it Transformational Inner Work—and it’s become the heart of my teaching.
This work isn’t polished. It’s real. It’s raw. It asks us to meet ourselves fully—so that we can meet others with presence, clarity, and care.
Facilitation, for me, is sacred. It’s where healing happens. Not because we have the answers—but because we’re willing to hold the questions with humility, integrity, and love.
If you’re feeling the call to lead from that place—where structure meets soul, and practice becomes prayer—I would be honored to walk alongside you.
With heart,
